How do I return a product?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from the Audio-Technica Outlet Store, you can return your product for any reason within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

Products must be returned in the condition that they were received and in the original packaging.

You are responsible for the return shipping for any standard return. We suggest using a trackable shipping method. Once received and processed, we will refund you for the price of the returned product. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective.

Audio-Technica reserves the right to refuse a refund if the product(s) returned is deemed to have been damaged.

Any product shipped outside of the U.S. through a freight forwarder or otherwise is exempt from our policies and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

 

 How long do I have to decide whether to return my item?

You have 30 days from receiving your goods to return an item for a refund.

 

How do I initiate the return?

Please complete our Outlet Store Return Request Form and email it to outletordersupport@atus.com. Providing the required information in the form will assist our team with processing your return in a timely manner. After your form is submitted, our team will respond with instructions for returning your product.

When will my return be processed?

Returns will be processed within 8-10 business days from the time your return shipment is delivered to us. Once processing is completed, we will initiate your refund and you will receive a refund notice confirmation email.

For orders paid using a card:

Depending on your bank's processing time, it can take anywhere from 5-10 business days after you receive the refund notice confirmation email for the funds to show up on your bank account.

For orders paid using PayPal:

Because PayPal sends refunds back through the same payment method used for the original transaction, timeframes vary for the funds to show up after you receive your refund notice confirmation email. PayPal account balance: same day. Bank account: up to five days. Credit or debit card: up to 30 days.

 

How do I exchange a product?

At this time, Audio-Technica Outlet Store does not offer exchanges. However, if the product is damaged or defective upon delivery, we can ship you a replacement product, if desired (depending on availability), and will pay for the shipping of the exchanged product. You have 30 days from receiving your goods to return a damaged or defective item for exchange.

What if I am having a problem with my product after the 30-day return window?
